Weekends and bank holidays will always need to be arranged and booked with at least 2 week’s notice with only a small extra charge to cover a bank holiday.  We do not charge extra for weekends.  However, we do charge time and a half for Christmas Eve (Evening), Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day (visits from 8.30 – 12.30 only on these days).  Small animals home boarding with us will be charged normal rates and will be made a fuss of as if they are our own family.

If you require just one half hour visit a week, twice a day, daily or just whilst you are on holiday to house check, we are always happy and will try our best to meet your needs.  Just please be assured, whatever we have agreed on our consultation, it will be carried out!

Once we pick up your keys, it will only be in our possession whilst house/pet sitting your property or walking your dog.  At all other times, it will be stored in a secure safety box which will not be marked with any client address.  At no time will keys be dropped through a letterbox.  We will only accept picking up and dropping off keys with a clear signature.
